The Latin American Caribbean Trade Council (LACTC) is an international trade and business facilitation platform dedicated to strengthening commercial, investment, and institutional linkages between Latin America & the Caribbean (LATAM) and key global regions including India, Europe, Africa, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The Council works in close coordination with aligned trade bodies and chambers, notably the Asian Arab Chamber of Commerce, to ensure structured trade promotion, sector-focused delegations, and high-impact B2B engagements across regions. A core area of LACTC’s expanding reach is the GCC, with a strong strategic emphasis on the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as a gateway market for LATAM companies seeking access to Asia, Africa, and Europe. By leveraging the UAE’s role as a global hub for logistics, finance, and investment, LACTC supports market entry, joint ventures, and investment flows in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, agri-commodities, renewable energy, infrastructure, healthcare, technology, and services.
